The Central Body for Certification of Medical Products of the State Center for Expertise and Standardization of Medicines, Medical Devices and Medical Equipment" under the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry has provided information on pharmaceutical products that were invalid due to non-compliance with the established requirements. As a result, they were refused to obtain a certificate of conformity.

Until June this year, based on appeals to the central body for the certification of medical products, the drugs imported to our country produced in Georgia, Belarus, China, and India were examined in the prescribed manner, and 147,130 packages of 8 types of drugs worth 5,609,169 thousand soums (detailed list) were not approved for use and deemed invalid to receive a certification.

For information, a "Certificate of Conformity" is a document issued following the rules of the certification system to confirm the compliance of a certified product with specified requirements.
