A meeting with the representative of the Czech company EXPORTA s.r.o. was held at the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency.

At the meeting, Abdulla Azizov, director of the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency, Petr Kostka (representative of BB Pharma), director of EXPORTA s.r.o. and Kamolhoja Eshnazarov, responsible officer of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan attended.
The main goal of the Czech company, which visited the agency for the first time, was to establish cooperation with Uzbekistan in the field of pharmaceuticals, to get acquainted with the conditions created for the activity of foreign companies and the benefits granted to them.
At the beginning of the meeting, the director of the Agency, Abdulla Azizov, introduced the medium and long-term prospects of the development of the pharmaceutical industry, created opportunities and conditions, and gave information about the investment attractiveness of the rapidly developing pharmaceutical industry of Uzbekistan. After that, the parties discussed the project of localization of production of medicines.
At the end of the meeting, the Czech side announced that they will soon present a business plan and presentation on the project of localization of the production of medicines.
