Representatives of Avantika Medex Pvt Ltd (India) met with the Deputy Director of the Agency Jamshid Eshmuradov at the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency.

Officials discussed the issue of constructing a new pharmaceutical production facility in Uzbekistan following international standards. Speaking about the investment attractiveness of the country, the Deputy Director added that the Agency is ready to assist in the implementation of large-capacity, high-tech pharmaceutical projects within its mandate.

At the end of the talks, Lal Babu Singh, Director of Avantika Medex Pvt Ltd, a leader in the Indian pharmaceutical market, expressed a desire to visit the newly built Tashkent Pharma Park cluster zone to study the land for the project. The parties decided to continue cooperation and establish a mechanism for project implementation.
