Entrepreneurs!

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers ‘On measures to streamline the circulation of medicines, medical products and medical equipment during the coronavirus pandemic’, the list of 46 names of drugs and biologically active substances used in the treatment of patients with COVID-19 infection imported into the Republic of Uzbekistan without registration until October 1, 2020, but subject to mandatory certification, was approved.

According to the Resolution:

The imported medications from the list must undergo certification for certain chemical analysis, for which it is necessary to provide a manufacturer’s test report and a document indicating the test methods, as well as an indication of the international non-proprietary name on the packaging of the medicinal product in Uzbek, Russian or English.

The Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency informs that the Pharmacological Committee of the State Center for Expertise and Standardization of Medicines, Medical Products and Medical Equipment, within one day, will approve the text of the instruction in the state language on the basis of an application from an organization engaged in customs clearance of imported medicines for patients with coronavirus.
