Specialists of the Comparison Laboratory of the State Center for Expertise and Standardization of Medicines, Medical Products, and Medical Equipment under the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry are on a business trip to Turkey.

The trip aims to carry out the following (calibration) tests of standard measuring instruments for comparing the ultrasound medical measuring instruments used in medical institutions for diagnosis at the "TUBITAK UME" Metrology Institute.

According to Nodirbek Abdullaev, head of the comparison laboratory, the standard measuring instruments used for metrological comparisons, such as ATS-539 and GAMMEX 1425V 0.5 DOPLER 403, and "Phantom" manufactured in the USA are the only ones that were compared (checked) at the international level in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

These days, the subsequent tests are being conducted on these tools that belong to the Comparison Laboratory at the National Metrology Institute "TUBITAK UME" located in Gebze, Turkey.
