Echinacea is one of the most potent medicinal plants to boost immunity

The homeland of this magical flower is North America. From ancient times the Indians, knowing how healing the echinacea was, applied compresses from its root to wounds, insects, and snake bites. The herb was boiled to wash eyes, to clean burns, and the tincture was used for toothache and gingivitis.

Because it is rich in essential oils, glycosides, saponins, polysaccharides, alkaloids, and echinacea can boost human immunity.

Echinacea has the following valuable factors:

▪️ Has a bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory, soothing effect: helps with colds, flu, ear infections, bladder diseases.
▪️ Normalizes the nervous system’s activity: helps with depression, mental, and physical stress.
▪️ Increases the resistance of cells to the attack of pathogenic microorganisms. In doing so, it prevents microbes from entering through the cell membrane and prevents them from spreading throughout the body.
▪️
The active ingredients help increase the number of leukocytes in the blood and stimulate the production of immunoglobulins.

Red echinacea can be brewed at home.

To do this, take 10 grams of dried herb. Immerse it in 500 ml of water, boil it on low heat, and let it soak for three hours in a warm place.
It is recommended to consume echinacea tincture before meals in consultation with a doctor.
