The Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency under the Ministry of Health reports:

Following the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 21, 2022, "On additional measures for the development of the pharmaceutical industry of the republic in 2022-2026" PF-55, from April 1, 2022, new pharmaceutical companies, wholesale and retail organizations are planned to be organized by the requirements of "Necessary Manufacturing Practice (GMP),” "Necessary Distribution Practice (GDP)" and "Necessary Pharmaceutical (Pharmacy) Practice (GPP).”

In this regard, before applying for a license to carry out the relevant activities of newly established enterprises, pharmaceutical companies must meet the following requirements, 1. Necessary production practices-GMP, 2. Necessary distribution practices-GDP for the wholesale activities of pharmaceuticals, and 3. Necessary pharmacy practice-GPP.

To do this, you must apply to the State Unitary Enterprise Necessary Practice Center in the prescribed manner.
