According to the meeting held on April 12, 2022, under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, in case the local drug manufacturers introduce the requirements of the state standard - Essential Manufacturing Practice - GMR for the first time in their enterprises until December 31, 2022, and obtain a certificate of GMP by the Essential Practices Center SUE, all the expenses related to the introduction of the requirements of this standard are assigned to be covered by the funds of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

To ensure the implementation of this task, the Director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry, adopted order # 51 on April 15, 2022. Following that order, if domestic drug manufacturing enterprises implement Necessary Manufacturing Practice - GMR in their enterprises from April 12 to December 31, 2022 for the first time, the costs incurred during the introduction of these requirements will be covered by the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

In this case, local production enterprises willing to obtain the certificate of compliance with the national requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for the first time (Attention! Based on the contracts formalized from April 12, 2022) should request to apply to the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
