On August 16 of this year, representatives of the Institute of Economic Research of Chun-Ang University of the Republic of Korea visited the Agency for Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

During the meeting, the deputy director of the Agency, Jamshid Eshmuratov, thanked the guests and spoke about the prospects of cooperation in the field of pharmaceuticals with Korean experts. Within the framework of the event, officials discussed the issues of creating new educational projects with a foreign university, studying the possibilities of growing ginseng in Uzbekistan, and analyzing and implementing foreign research methods and clinical trials.

The guests expressed interest in the newly established "Tashkent Pharma Park" pharmaceutical cluster and the new Pharmaceutical Technical University on its territory.

The deputy director introduced the cluster area, the eco-region, activities of the new university, its educational system, and the potential of its personnel to the foreign experts.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to further expand cooperation and exchange information in this regard.
