A delegation of the Uzbek government has arrived in Belarus
On June 20 this year, at the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Roman Golovchenko, a government delegation led by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov visited Minsk. During the visit, Sardor Kariev, Director of the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency, who is part of the delegation, met with Dmitry Pinevich, Minister of Health of Belarus.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on expanding cooperation between Uzbekistan and Belarus, procedures for registration of medicines of the two countries, exchange of experience in biotechnology, and joint implementation of promising projects.
Belarus is a reliable trade and economic partner of Uzbekistan.
In recent years, the volume of bilateral trade between our countries has grown almost fivefold. An influential factor in this was the fact that the number of joint ventures has tripled in a few years.
Following the talks, the governments of the two countries developed a "road map" for further development of mutually beneficial practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and Belarus.
