Israeli and Uzbek officials discussed the ways of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries
On July 6 of this year, the Agency for the Development of Pharmaceutical Industry hosted the Honorary Consul of Uzbekistan in Israel Mrs. Tsvi Sari.
During the meeting, officials talked about creating new investment projects with large Israeli companies and studying the experience of the Israeli control procedure in the activity of retailing pharmacies in our country.
The deputy director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry, Jamshid Eshmuradov noted that the Agency is ready to help within its competence to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between Uzbekistan and Israel in the field of pharmaceuticals, to attract leading Israeli pharmaceutical companies to Uzbekistan. Also, engage them to implement contract manufacturing together with our local manufacturers.
Honorary Consul Ms. Tsvi Sari also expressed her readiness to organize online negotiations with the representatives of Israeli companies Teva Pharmaceuticals and UniPharm.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to exchange information on expanding cooperation.
We remind you that on June 28-29 of this year, representatives of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry and Uzbek pharmaceutical companies in Israel took part in a series of meetings within the framework of the Uzbekistan-Israel business forum.
