Licensing and Supervision Department deals with:
➖ organization of licensing of pharmaceutical activities of legal entities and individuals (except for the retail sale of medicines and medical devices) and its implementation in the manner prescribed by law;
➖ organization of supervision of compliance by licensees with licensing requirements and conditions and their conduct in the manner prescribed by law;
➖ within its competence, the maintenance of electronic information systems and sites for the provision of state licensing services;
➖ providing advisory and methodological assistance to business entities in the implementation of licensed activities in order to bring the created conditions into line with the licensing requirements and conditions.
