Premiums for calculated pensions are set for persons with exceptional services to the Republic of Uzbekistan - from 100% to 150% of the introductory amount of pension calculation. In this case, the Cabinet of Ministers determines the procedure for paying an increase to their pension.

The time worked after the appointment of the pension is added to the service length.

Suppose categories one and two have at least one year of work experience after the appointment of a disability pension. In that case, the allowance will be recalculated every two years, considering the work experience and salary, based on the citizen's application. In this case, the recalculation of the pension is carried out based on the required length of service concerning the age of the citizen on the date of the application for the pension recalculation.
